We were talking about the early days when we first were getting to know one another. Elisa and I met over the internet, via a friend, and the relationship really started while I took a vacation on the beach in Destin, FL. I think one of our conversations was about this skanky beach babe, that was hitting on me. I really wanted nothing to do with her.
In the process of talking about it this morning, I told Elisa that I wanted nothing to do with the Skanky babe. She replied, "I know honey, you made the abundantly clear."
"Well, don't say that you could read me like a book. You couldn't. I was far to mysterious at that point for you to read me like a book."
She smiled and said, "No, honey. I couldn't read you like a book. You were more like a pamphlet, with simple language."
My dear sweetie. She always seems to find a way to put things in perspective.

HeHeHe...Okay, please forgive me but I'm getting a great deal of amusement out of you describing yourself as mysterious. Wow, Elisa great comeback, I'm just not that quickwitted.

Well! That is because I'm so mysterious, it's a mystery as to how!!! :)
Unfortunately, we are not getting to come home for Christmas. Our church has told us that they want us here for Christmases. We haven't been home or we haven't had family here for Christmas. None of our family has even come for Andy's birthday. It's hard being from home at this time of year. Really hard. My whole family gets together, and I can't be there too.
